Description
Objective: The fundamental objective pursued with this exercise is the long pass and at the same time the shots to the basket with both hands or the shot, if applicable. Another important objective is changes of direction without the ball.

Pedagogical considerations
: Players must be told to rotate outside the field, dribbling or without dribbling. We can include cones and force direction changes to be made in front of them and in different ways. We can also vary the way of passing and the shooting positions.
STEP 1
Dos filas de jugadores en la mitad del campo y una frente a otra. Todos con balón excepto el primer jugador de una de las filas.
STEP 2
El jugador nº2 pasa a 1 que previamente ha hecho un cambio de dirección, éste recibe a la altura del tiro libre y entra a canasta o tira. Luego el jugador nº2 hace lo mismo que el 1 pero en la canasta contraria, recibiendo del jugador nº3. El jugador que entra o tira, coge su propio rebote y se va a la fila contraria.
