4 - Set a down screen for 5. After setting that screen, set another screen for the 1 and then roll to the basket.
5 - Use the screen from 4 and catch the ball just above the half court line
1 - Use the screen from the 4 and get a DHO from the 5. Take the ball to the hoop or dish it to the 2.
2 - sit in the corner or lift depending on what the defense does.
3 - Pass the ball to the 5 and fill the corner after the 1 leaves.
